Disney Unveils Room Details for Lakeshore Lodge Disney Vacation Club shared its first look at guest accommodations for Disney's Lakeshore Lodge, a 967-room waterfront resort opening July 1, 2027, at Walt Disney World Resort. Located along Bay Lake with water access to Magic Kingdom Park, the property will feature rooms designed around Disney animated films and natural outdoor aesthetics.

Room Categories and Pricing The resort will offer multiple accommodation types across different price points.

Freestanding Lake Houses with A-frame architecture and floor-to-ceiling windows will sleep five to eight guests and include full kitchens, washers, dryers, and private porches. Each Lake House incorporates artwork celebrating "Brother Bear," with Northern Lights-inspired lighting in primary bedrooms. Duo studios designed for couples and solo travelers will draw inspiration from "Encanto," featuring kitchenettes and wall-mounted queen beds. Deluxe studios themed to "Bambi" will accommodate up to four guests with kitchenettes and private balconies. One- and two-bedroom villas rooted in "Bambi" storytelling will sleep up to five and nine guests respectively, with full kitchens, washers, dryers, and living areas. Three-bedroom grand villas inspired by "Fantasia" will accommodate up to 12 guests with multiple bathrooms and premium water views. Resort studios and resort king rooms drawing from "Pocahontas" will feature carved wood paneling and scenic murals. Select guests will access The Artist's Nest, an elevated concierge lounge with complimentary refreshments and property views. The Hidden Willow Presidential Suite will offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and views of Magic Kingdom fireworks for up to six guests.

Dining and Recreation The resort will feature three dining venues: Moonglade, a table-service restaurant with Bay Lake waterfront views; Bay Lake Provisions, an all-day marketplace with fresh fare and specialty coffees; and Paint Out Point Bar & Grill, a casual poolside venue showcasing Imagineer artwork. Recreation facilities will include The Wetlands, a wet and dry play area inspired by "Pocahontas," a lazy river, and a zero-entry pool with spiral water slide.

Booking Timeline Disney Vacation Club members can begin making rental reservations October 6 by contacting Member Services at (800) 800-9800. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can book starting October 7 at (407) 934-7639. All guests can reserve beginning October 8 online, by phone, or through travel agents.
