De'Longhi has refreshed its All-in-One Combination Coffee & Espresso Machine, cutting the unit's countertop footprint by 20% while adding integrated cold frothing and cold brew functionality—upgrades that signal where consumer coffee demand is heading for the appliance category.
The updated machine pairs a 15-bar pump espresso system with a full-capacity drip coffee maker, supporting six drip brew sizes from an 8 oz. cup to a 12-cup carafe. Four drip recipes—Classic, Bold, Cold Brew, and Over Ice—cover the range of formats that have reshaped beverage industry trends over the past several years. On the espresso side, customizable single and double presets serve as the foundation for lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty builds.
The Cold Beverage Push
The headline addition is a built-in retractable cold frother—a dedicated cold foam tool separate from the machine's adjustable steam wand. The steam wand handles hot milk and plant-based alternatives, producing microfoam suitable for latte art, while the cold frother targets iced lattes, cold brew, and blended formats that increasingly drive café ticket averages. The machine also brews cold brew directly, without an overnight steep.
"For more than a decade, our All-in-One has been a staple in the De'Longhi lineup, bringing together the best of coffee and espresso in one machine," said Eliza Woolston Sheffield, President of De'Longhi North America. "With this latest evolution, we've built on what made the original so popular, introducing thoughtful new features that reflect how consumers' tastes and routines have changed, while staying true to the quality and Italian craftsmanship that define De'Longhi."
Specs and Availability
A front-panel touch display with programmable settings handles recipe selection and volume adjustment. A Thermoblock heating system with electronic temperature control manages heat-up speed and temperature stability—factors that directly affect espresso extraction consistency. A dual-shelf system accommodates espresso cups through tall travel mugs and latte glasses.
For hospitality operators and foodservice equipment buyers tracking the at-home premium coffee segment, De'Longhi's product evolution reflects a broader industry pattern: consumers trained on café menus increasingly expect cold-format versatility alongside traditional espresso. The $349.95 price point positions the All-in-One as an accessible premium option in a category that continues to see robust retail activity, a dynamic that restaurant technology and equipment coverage has tracked as the line between café and home equipment blurs.
The machine is available now in the United States for $349.95 at major retailers nationwide and on DeLonghi.com. In Canada, it retails for $399.99 CAD through delonghi.ca and national retail partners.
