New Menu Flavors Target Game Day Experience The Dallas Cowboys unveiled their 2026 concessions lineup for AT&T Stadium on September 16, featuring international nacho variations developed with Frito-Lay and Legends Global. The new items will debut at the Cowboys' home opener on September 20 against the Washington Commanders. Doritos Loaded offerings include Peri Peri Chicken with house-made peri peri sauce and raita vegetables; Texas BBQ with smoked brisket, BBQ sauce, and pickles; and Butter Chicken with spiced yogurt. Tostitos Nachos will feature Peri Peri Chicken and Island Jerk varieties at a new Tostitos Cantina location. Additional new items include a Kraft BBQ sandwich combining mac and cheese, brisket, and jalapeño sausage, and a Buffalo Aioli Chicken sandwich available at four concessions stands. "Nachos are a Texas and Dallas Cowboys beloved game day tradition," said George Wasai, Vice President of Food and Beverage for Legends Global at AT&T Stadium. "Where better than for the global flavors and innovations of nachos to take place than at the Home of the Dallas Cowboys with the Doritos Loaded and the new Tostitos Nachos offerings we are launching this 2026 Dallas Cowboys NFL season."
Digital Navigation and Local Restaurant Partnerships AT&T Stadium will debut wayfinding technology—a web-based navigation tool accessible through the Dallas Cowboys app or four stadium kiosks without requiring a download. The platform directs fans to concessions, restrooms, and their seats via real-time routing. The venue is also launching a Pepsi Local Restaurant Spotlight featuring DFW restaurateurs, and the popular Celebrity Chef series will return with winners from the Taste of the Cowboys Youth Challenge cooking for fans.
Expanding Local Sourcing and Employment WE Over Me Farm at Paul Quinn College is expanding its hydroponics program to supply fresh produce for Plant-Based Touchdown vegetarian offerings and game day menus. The college has also converted its former football field into an organic farm as part of a new hospitality business curriculum. The Blazing Trails employment program, a partnership between Legends Global and Blazing Trails International Center, continues to expand training for individuals with disabilities. Since 2009, the program has engaged 80-plus participants, providing job skills and employment opportunities across stadium events. "Our Blazing Trails program grows as we have had 80-plus participants since we started in 2009 and are continuing to work with amazing team members with disabilities to train them with skills to grow professionally and earn a living," Wasai said.
Premium Suites and Beverage Options Suite dining will feature new vegan options including plant-based burgers, sausages, and meatballs, alongside Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Cornmeal Fried Catfish, and Reese's Peanut Butter Pie. Vegan desserts and salads round out the premium menu. Game day beverages include returning favorites—The Cowboyrita and Cowboys Michelada—plus new Liquid Zero Margaritas (keto-friendly, zero sugar) and Black Rifle Coffee Company offerings. The new 87,000-square-foot Miller Lite House on the West Plaza will feature 34 points of sale, two beer gardens, a walk-in cooler, and food trucks from local vendors.
Rally Days and Fan Experiences Rally Days presented by SeatGeek will activate the Miller Lite House on five dates: September 19 (Hispanic Heritage celebration with mariachi), October 31 (cheerleader and alumni event), November 14 (Salute to Service for veterans), November 21 (health and wellness), and December 26 (holiday celebration). Self-guided tour tickets are $25; VIP tours cost $45. Fans can also use the in-seat delivery app, in-suite ordering, and Zippin frictionless payment in Grab N Go markets.
Why It Matters
Stadium food and beverage operations increasingly drive ancillary revenue and fan retention. AT&T Stadium's investment in international menu innovation, local sourcing partnerships, and accessibility technology—from wayfinding to digital ordering—reflects broader industry moves to enhance the concessions experience while supporting community employment and supply-chain sustainability.
