Fitzpatrick's Promotion Fitzpatrick has been elevated from his previous role as assistant general manager at Crown Block, a position he held for two years. A Dallas native, he has built his career around luxury hospitality and guest experience, with a leadership philosophy he describes as: "Everything Matters." In his new role, Fitzpatrick will oversee the restaurant's operations and guest experience strategy. The promotion reflects his operational knowledge and hands-on approach to service delivery.

Harm Joins as Assistant GM Harm arrives with extensive leadership experience across Dallas's hospitality sector.

Most recently, he served as general manager of Jack & Harry's, overseeing all restaurant operations. Prior roles include general manager responsibilities at Catch Dallas, where he developed the restaurant's brunch program, and Al Biernat's, where he expanded the catering division and drove revenue growth. As assistant general manager, Harm will oversee all aspects of Crown Block's day-to-day operations while maintaining the restaurant's dining experience and culinary reputation.
