Tiramisu is back at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The Los Angeles-based specialty chain is rolling out its 2026 holiday beverage menu on November 4, headlined by the return of its sold-out Tiramisu lineup and rounded out by a new Barista Edit series and several seasonal staples — a menu strategy that reflects a broader industry push toward dessert-inspired, premium handcrafted drinks heading into the high-traffic holiday quarter.
Coffee Bean Rewards® members get an early window, with exclusive access to the Tiramisu beverages running from October 28 through November 3. The loyalty-first rollout mirrors tactics common across the specialty coffee and café segment, where early access drives app engagement and rewards enrollment ahead of peak seasonal volume.
The Tiramisu Lineup
Three Tiramisu builds anchor the holiday menu: the Tiramisu Dry Iced Americano, featuring espresso with cocoa notes over ice; the Tiramisu Ice Blended®, a frozen dessert-style drink built on the chain's signature format; and the Tiramisu Latte with Cream Cap, which adds a velvety cream topping for a layered, café-dessert presentation. All three are available at participating cafés, online, and through the mobile app.
Joining them are returning seasonal beverages — the Peppermint Mocha Cream Latte and the Winter Dream Tea Latte — plus a new Peppermint Matcha Cream Latte that pairs matcha with peppermint and a cream cap finish, signaling the ongoing matcha momentum that has reshaped beverage menu innovation across both QSR and specialty coffee formats in recent years.
Barista Edit and Merch Play
The brand is also introducing the Barista Edit Menu on November 4, a curated set of five trend-forward builds designed to spotlight barista craft and drive trial of less conventional flavor combinations. The lineup includes a Snickerdoodle Dry Iced Americano, Hazelnut Chocolate Ice Blended®, Peaches N' Cream Cold Brew Tea, Matcha Matcha (a double-down matcha with matcha cream cap), and a Classic Iced Vanilla Cream Latte with cream cap upgrade. The Barista Edit format gives operators a vehicle to showcase training investment and differentiate from commodity coffee competitors without expanding permanent menu complexity.
On the merchandise side, the brand has partnered with lifestyle designer Paul Frank on a limited-edition holiday collection debuting November 4. The assortment, featuring the iconic Julius character, includes a Festive Tumbler with Hang Strap ($26.95), Pattern Tumbler ($29.95), Tall Plastic Tumbler with Sleeve ($19.95), 3D Keychain ($14.95), and Phone/Laptop Buddy ($9.95). Available at coffeebean.com and participating cafés, the collab is a retail revenue layer that also functions as walking brand marketing — a tactic increasingly common among premium coffee chains competing for share of gifting occasions.
"The holidays are all about comfort, cherished traditions, and a little magic, so this year's menu brings all three to your cup," said Dana Castaneda, Head of Marketing for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Americas. "From our Tiramisu beverages to the seasonal favorites you wait for all year, every flavor is made to bring people together and turn holiday moments into memories."
Founded in Southern California in 1963 and now operating more than 1,200 locations across 24-plus markets, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a business of the Jollibee Group of Companies. The holiday menu and merchandise launch position the chain to compete directly with other premium café brands for seasonal beverage occasions — a window that now effectively runs from late October through January across the foodservice industry.
