Chococo is launching a limited-time collaboration with Miami-based ice cream maker Bubbice at two of its New York City locations this weekend, offering guests a chance to watch flash-frozen ice cream being made on-site.

Live Demonstrations & Free Tastings The partnership kicks off Friday, October 2 at Chococo's Madison Avenue location (500 Madison Ave.) and Saturday, October 3 at its Upper East Side location (1293 3rd Ave.), both from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Bubbice founder Rob Huysinga will be in-store creating ice cream live for guests, combining Chococo's handcrafted chocolate and fresh seasonal fruits with Bubbice's signature indulgent vanilla cream or low-fat vegan coconut cream in just 45 seconds. The first 100 guests at each location will receive complimentary ice cream.

## Flavor Lineup The debut flavors include: - Single Origin Dark Chocolate and Fresh Strawberry
- Blonde Chocolate and Raspberry
- Milk Chocolate and Banana
- Seasonal Rotating Flavor: Passion Fruit and Dark Chocolate Chocolate toppings are available in three playful shapes: Mackerels, Spiders, and Robots.

Extended Availability The limited-time Chococo x Bubbice ice cream will remain available at both locations through the end of December 2026. Chococo, founded in Dorset, England in 2002, specializes in small-batch, handcrafted chocolate made with carefully selected ingredients. Bubbice specializes in made-to-order flash-frozen ice cream and is based in Miami.

Why It Matters

The collaboration represents a cross-category partnership that merges two artisanal confectionery brands—one established in chocolate, the other in fresh ice cream—to create a novel in-store experience. For Chococo, the partnership extends its product offering beyond retail chocolate into the prepared dessert category, while the live-production element drives foot traffic and social media engagement during the critical holiday season.
