Chef Daniel Boulud has opened an exclusive Café Boulud residency at the Mayflower Inn & Spa, a luxury Auberge Collection property in Washington, Connecticut. The culinary partnership, which launched in late July, runs through the end of 2026.
Menu & Service The residency operates in The Garden Room with dinner service 5:30pm–9:00pm Thursday through Saturday, offering 2-course ($95 per person), 3-course ($125 per person), and 6-course ($170 per person) menus. Lunch is available daily from 11:00am–2:00pm. A curated selection of Café Boulud signatures and Boulud favorites are also available nightly in the property's Tap Room from 5:30pm–9:00pm. Signature dishes include Chilled Corn Velouté with Maine Lobster and Open Faced Ravioli with Eggplant to start, Wild Mushroom Risotto with Summer Truffle and Tournedos Rossini as entrées, and Île Flottante with Peach and Verbena for dessert.
