Caribbean Resort Hosts Two-Day Culinary Event with Star-Studded Chef Lineup Casa de Campo Resort & Villas will host its fourth annual Food & Wine Festival on October 9–10, 2026, in La Romana, Dominican Republic. The two-day event will feature Michelin-starred chefs Michael Mina and Hubert Keller, alongside chef Joe Isidori and local culinary talent, with television personality Raúl de Molina returning as host. Keller, a French-born Michelin-starred chef, will return for his fourth consecutive year. Isidori, founder of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, returns for his second year. Mina, an award-winning chef and founder of the Mina Group, will appear for the first time. Top Chef finalist Adam Pawlak will headline an exclusive "Dinner Under the Stars" at Minitas Beach Club, featuring a multi-course menu with wine pairings.

Festival Programming and Scope The festival, produced in partnership with Invited, will feature curated tastings, live demonstrations, and interactive culinary showcases across two days at the Grand Tasting Pavilion. Attendees will access the resort's full amenities, including 63 holes of golf across three courses—including Teeth of the Dog, ranked the #1 course in the Caribbean—a 250-slip Marina & Yacht Club, the Forbes 4-star Spa Casa de Campo, Polo & Equestrian Club, and Altos de Chavón, an artisan village modeled after a 16th-century Mediterranean city. "Building on the momentum of the past three years, this fourth annual Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival reflects our continued commitment to delivering world-class culinary experiences that celebrate both global excellence and Dominican heritage," said Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, President of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas.

Why It Matters

Multi-day culinary festivals anchored by celebrity chefs remain a key revenue driver for resort destinations competing for affluent leisure travel. This festival's emphasis on repeat appearances by established chefs and its integration with resort amenities positions it as a lifestyle event rather than a one-off tasting—a model that builds loyalty and justifies premium positioning in a crowded Caribbean resort market.
