The third annual Artisans of Wine & Food will take over The Boca Raton resort January 14–17, 2027, drawing more than 100 Napa Valley wineries and 20-plus Michelin-starred and celebrated chefs to South Florida for what organizers call the world's largest gathering of Napa Valley vintners outside the valley. Produced in partnership with Napa Valley Vintners, the four-day festival spans 30-plus events across the resort's 200 waterfront acres.

What's New in 2027

The biggest addition this year is a dedicated European Wine Tasting Pavilion on Sunday, curated exclusively by fine-wine merchant and auction house Zachys. The pavilion brings producers from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Italy, and beyond — including Château Pichon Baron, Château Lynch-Bages, Louis Roederer, and Antinori — together for a tasting of more than 100 Old World wines. The format mirrors Saturday's flagship Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion, which hosts more than 100 Napa wineries on the resort's Grand and Alhambra lawns. Also new: a Vintners Mahjong Tournament joins the Saturday daytime lineup alongside the returning golf and pickleball programming.

The culinary roster for 2027 includes three-Michelin-starred Hugo Souchet of Les Prés d'Eugénie, Chef Alois Vanlangenaeker of the Michelin-starred Zass at Il San Pietro di Positano, Chef Gavin Kaysen, Chef Antonino Montefusco, and television personality David Burke, who will curate Saturday's charity gala dinner. Celebrity chef Jet Tila headlines a Thai-cuisine-and-Napa-wine pairing at the resort's Forbes Five-Star Flybridge venue. Daytime vintner lunches carry a fashion angle, pairing pours with brands including Loro Piana, Carolina Herrera, Tiffany, and St. John.

The Charity and Commerce Angle

Saturday evening's Vintners Gala Dinner & Auction raises funds for Selfless Love Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving outcomes for children in foster care and youth aging out of the system. Since its 2015 founding, the organization reports helping more than 750 children get adopted, housing more than 700 youth aging out of foster care, and impacting nearly 10,000 children and youth through advocacy. The live auction features ten lots built around travel, wine, fashion, and lifestyle experiences — among them, a Paris Fashion Week trip paired with a Swarovski-studded Hermès Birkin Bag and two seats at a Balmain runway show.

For hospitality operators and beverage directors tracking the luxury food and wine festival landscape, the Artisans model offers a useful case study: by anchoring a multi-day festival at a single Forbes Five-Star property and layering philanthropic programming atop premium wine and culinary experiences, The Boca Raton converts its shoulder-season calendar into a high-margin, buzz-generating event. The festival's fashion partnerships — a relatively unusual pairing in the wine and fine-dining event space — add a retail gifting dimension that differentiates the experience from traditional trade tastings.

Ticket and Access Details

All-Access Passes are currently available at $2,950 per person, granting priority access and early entry to the tasting pavilion and Burgers & Barrels on the Spanish Terrace. Individual event tickets go on sale October 1, 2026. Daniel A. Hostettler, President & CEO of The Boca Raton, framed the 2027 edition as a deliberate escalation: "We're raising the bar with new and returning chefs from renowned kitchens and Michelin-starred properties around the world, alongside a dynamic roster of vintners. Every meal, pour and experience will have a story to tell." Linda Reiff, CEO and President of Napa Valley Vintners, emphasized the community dimension: "Wine brings people to the table, starts conversations and creates connections — while also giving back. That feels very true to Napa Valley."
