Summer Seasonal Arrives at Bad Daddy's

Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is rolling out its June limited-time burger as part of its Big Bad Monthly Drops series. The Birdie, available June 1-30, is positioned as a lighter, country club-inspired alternative to the chain's heavier signature offerings.

Build and Price

The burger stacks a seasoned smash patty with brie, turkey bacon, and arugula tossed in housemade white vinaigrette on a buttered brioche bun. It's finished with a Greek yogurt-based sauce and served with a fresh lemon wedge. The price is $13, including a classic side.

Bad Daddy's is pairing the burger with $6 pints of Samuel Adams Summer Ale throughout June.

The Concept

According to culinary director John Masterson, "The Birdie is all about capturing that laid-back energy while still bringing the craveable, scratch-made flavors guests expect from Bad Daddy's. You've got creamy brie, seasoned arugula, smoky turkey bacon and a bright pop of lemon that cuts through every bite. It's rich, fresh and incredibly balanced — the kind of burger you crave after a summer round."

The burger is available at all Bad Daddy's locations nationwide.

About Bad Daddy's

Founded in 2007 in Charlotte, North Carolina, and now headquartered in Golden, Colorado, Bad Daddy's operates over 35 locations across seven states. The chain is known for chef-inspired burger customization, scratch-kitchen preparation, and a full bar featuring craft beers and house margaritas.

Why It Matters

Limited-time monthly burger promotions continue to drive traffic for regional burger chains. Pairing seasonal menu items with branded beverage offerings—particularly craft beers from known producers—helps operators capture incremental check averages while positioning burgers as occasion-driven purchases rather than everyday transactions.
