Fedcap's Apex Technical School has named Chef Youngsun Lee as its newest Chef Instructor for a new Culinary Arts program launching October 13 at its Midtown Manhattan campus. Lee brings experience from Michelin-starred Jean-Georges and elite New York restaurants including Momofuku and Craft.

Tuition is set at $16,500 before scholarships and grants, positioning it as the lowest-cost culinary arts program in New York State licensed by the NYS Education Department and nationally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). Enrollment is currently open through October 1.
