Italian Gelato Brand Brings 28-Location Portfolio to The Strip Anita Gelato has opened its first Las Vegas location at The Venetian Resort, marking the brand's entry into the Nevada market. The family-owned gelato house operates 28 locations worldwide, including outposts in New York, Barcelona, and Sydney. The Venetian location features Anita Gelato's rotating library of more than 150 handmade flavors made daily in-store, ranging from chocolate and pistachio varieties to fruit-based sorbets. The menu includes dairy-free sorbets, vegan ice creams, no-sugar-added options, and low-fat frozen yogurt with customizable toppings. "Anita Gelato is vibrant, playful, and uncompromising in its commitment to freshness and flavor, making it a natural fit for our resort."
Daily Production, Diverse Menu Flavors available include Milk Chocolate Salted Pretzel, White Chocolate and Pistachio, and Salted Almonds and Caramel. Each batch uses fresh creams, seasonal fruits, and premium chocolates. The brand also serves coffee and hot chocolate. Anita Gelato was founded in 1998 by "Mama" Anita Avitall and her son Nir in the Mediterranean, with the first retail location opening in Tel Aviv in 2002 with brother Adi. The Venetian location is open Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Friday through Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., at 3355 Las Vegas Boulevard South.
