Executive Hire Signals Growth Push for Multi-Brand Restaurant Platform Amazing Brands and The Siegel Group announced the appointment of Jenn Johnston as Chief Marketing Officer on July 29, 2026. The move comes as the Las Vegas-based multi-brand operator continues expansion, including its recent acquisition of Hot Dog on a Stick. In her new role, Johnston will oversee enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand development, customer acquisition and retention, digital engagement, customer experience, strategic partnerships and culinary innovation across both organizations. She will also build scalable processes and organizational structures to strengthen marketing capabilities.

Background and Experience Johnston brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience spanning marketing, operations, franchising, hospitality, consumer brands and multi-unit businesses. Most recently, she served as chief marketing officer for FAT Brands, where she led marketing strategy across a portfolio of 18 restaurant brands representing more than $2 billion in systemwide sales across more than 2,200 locations worldwide. She has spent more than 20 years in executive roles—including president, chief operating officer, chief brand officer and interim chief executive officer—helping organizations navigate acquisitions, integrate brands, drive transformations and scale business growth. In 2025, she was named one of the Top 50 ICON Marketing Executives.

Company Perspective "Jenn brings an exceptional combination of strategic marketing leadership, operational experience and brand-building expertise," said Michael Crandall, Chief Business Officer of The Siegel Group and Amazing Brands. "She understands how to build scalable marketing organizations while also developing distinctive brands. As we continue growing both companies, Jenn will play a critical role in strengthening our shared services marketing platform and supporting each organization's long-term growth objectives."

Johnston's Vision "I'm excited to join two organizations with strong entrepreneurial cultures and exceptional growth opportunities," Johnston said. "The combination of an established national real estate platform and a rapidly expanding portfolio of restaurant brands creates a unique opportunity to build a world-class marketing organization that supports both businesses while allowing each brand to maintain its own distinct identity."

Why It Matters

Among restaurant operators seeking to scale portfolios across multiple concepts, the appointment underscores the importance of unified marketing infrastructure that accommodates brand autonomy. Johnston's experience integrating marketing across FAT Brands' 18-concept portfolio positions her to address operational challenges common in multi-brand restaurant holding companies—particularly balancing corporate efficiency with brand-specific positioning.
