Strategic Partnership Reshapes Iconic Las Vegas Venue
Bottled Blonde Las Vegas has entered a strategic partnership with 81/82 Group, the Las Vegas-based hospitality company behind concepts including La Neta Cocina y Lounge, Más Por Favor, and Electra Cocktail Club. Under the agreement, 81/82 Group will oversee day-to-day operations, programming, marketing, and guest experience initiatives at the flagship venue located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road.
The partnership brings together Evening Entertainment Group's nationally recognized Bottled Blonde brand—which operates locations in Dallas and Scottsdale—with 81/82 Group's operational expertise in Las Vegas nightlife and hospitality.
New Leadership Team Announced
The partnership introduces three key leadership appointments:
Dave Severino has been named Director of Operations and will oversee day-to-day execution, service standards, and operational strategy. Severino's background includes roles at Hakkasan Nightclub, Clique Bar & Lounge, Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, and most recently HardShake at the Waldorf Astoria.
Michael Peña joins as General Manager, bringing decades of hospitality and operational expertise. Most recently serving as General Manager for Liv Beach at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Peña previously held senior operations positions with Circa Resort & Casino, Palms Casino Resort, and Wynn Nightlife.
Paul Edgar leads brand strategy as Director of Marketing, joining from his role as Senior Director of Marketing for Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails and Clique Bar & Lounge. Edgar previously worked at 1Oak and has been instrumental in launching and promoting award-winning restaurant, lounge, and nightlife concepts across Las Vegas.
Vision for the Venue
Ryan Labbe, owner of 81/82 Group, outlined the partnership's direction: "We see tremendous opportunity in Bottled Blonde Las Vegas. The location is unmatched, the brand recognition is strong, and the venue already has a strong foundation. Our goal is to build upon that success by refining the guest experience, elevating the food and beverage offerings and introducing programming that creates reasons to visit throughout the week, whether you're here for a game, live music, sunset cocktails or a rooftop celebration."
Bottled Blonde's first floor will continue functioning as a sports viewing destination with expanded live music programming and upgraded menu offerings. The rooftop is being reimagined as a premier open-air lounge, featuring panoramic Strip views, sunset-focused programming, and curated nightlife experiences.
Planned Enhancements
Guests can expect improvements to culinary offerings, elevated service standards, and a refreshed entertainment calendar in the coming months. Decadent brunch and late-night menus will debut late this summer. The venue's first major activation under new management will debut over Fourth of July Weekend, with additional seasonal programming planned throughout summer and fall.
Bottled Blonde Las Vegas operates from 11 a.m. to midnight for food service, with full party operations beginning at 10 p.m. The venue is located at 3639 Las Vegas Boulevard South at Grand Bazaar Shops in front of Horseshoe Las Vegas.
Why It Matters
The partnership represents a significant operational shift for a high-profile Vegas Strip venue. With established local expertise and a track record of managing multiple successful hospitality concepts, 81/82 Group's involvement signals confidence in Bottled Blonde's market position despite the increasingly competitive Las Vegas nightlife landscape. Enhanced programming and culinary offerings could position the venue as a destination for both tourists and locals seeking diverse entertainment options throughout the week—a key differentiator in the crowded Vegas market.
