Celebrity Dinner at New Fifth Avenue Brasserie
50 Cent visited Serafina Group's newly opened Brasserie Cognac Américain on Fifth Avenue, dining alongside fellow rapper A Boogie wit da Hoodie and other guests.
Chef Michael Lomonaco oversaw the meal, which featured the restaurant's signature offerings: Shrimp Cocktail with rémoulade, Steak Tartare, and Lobster Gratin à la "Mac and Cheese," made with cavatappi pasta, Maine lobster, Parmigiano, and creamy Gruyère cheeses. The group also ordered the Black Angus Ribeye, featuring Chef Lomonaco's USDA 30-day aged beef.
For dessert, Lomonaco prepared a homemade chocolate cake infused with 50 Cent's own Branson Cognac.
Why It Matters
Celebrity visits to newly opened high-profile restaurants generate significant buzz for both the venue and its chef. The Brasserie's opening under Serafina Group—a established hospitality operator—positions it as a contender in New York's competitive fine dining scene, while the high-profile clientele signals early momentum for the concept.
